From Sept 28 to Oct 5, Sanya's tourist attractions and rural tourism sites received 859,700 visitors, a 691-percent increase year on year.

During the holiday period, Sanya Phoenix International Airport accommodated 2,953 flights with a total passenger throughput of 505,800, a 17.93-percent and 17.38-percent increase, respectively, compared to 2019.
During the holiday, Sanya increased the supply of cultural and tourism products and encouraged tourism attractions and rural tourism sites to hold a series of consumer promotion activities.
