A groundbreaking ceremony for a second batch of projects was held on June 29 in in the Hainan Free Trade Port, and of Sanya setting up a branch venue at the site of Hengli Group's Phoenix Coast Office Building project.
Sanya has proposed 28 construction projects with a total investment of 5.16 billion yuan ($712 million) , of which 1.7 billion yuan will be spent in 2023.
These new projects involve multiple fields such as industrial development, infrastructure, and public services, and will fill the gaps in infrastructure in Sanya, promote industrial transformation, improve people's livelihood environment, and expand effective investment. After the completion of these projects, they will play an important supporting role in enhancing the overall economic strength of Sanya.
This time, 180 Hainan FTP projects with an investment of 861 billion yuan started construction. Over the past five years, Hainan FTP has accumulated 2,323 projects with a total investment of 860.6 billion yuan.
