It will also strengthen the construction of its basic public service capabilities in areas such as urban and rural education, public health, basic medical care, and culture and sports, with a focus on livability and business suitability.
In recent years, Sanya has made every effort to optimize its business environment. It has established the Sanya municipal business environment construction bureau, taken the lead in introducing government regulations within the province, and launched action plans for optimizing business environment reform.
Sanya is striving to become a good benchmark for the construction of a free trade port and a demonstration city for transformation and development.
