On April 23, the Hainan Free Trade Port Industrial Park Investment and Cooperation Conference was held in Haikou. During the conference, Sanya signed five projects with a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan ($275 million).
The projects signed at the event are mainly distributed in Sanya Yazhou Bay Technology City, the Sanya Central Business District (Sanya CBD), and the Sanya Haitang Bay National Coastal Leisure Park. They focus mainly on high-tech industries and modern service industries.
China Peace Group plans to establish its regional headquarters project in Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City. It will leverage the company's comprehensive strength in international trade, technological innovation, and industry internationalization to promote the development of its business in Hainan.
Baixin Information Technology plans to cooperate with Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City to build an artificial intelligence computing center.
Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Industry Group plans to implement its international trade center project in the Sanya CBD.
As the first enterprise to settle in the Hainan-Hong Kong Cooperation Pilot Zone, Sanya Zhenhan Education Technology plans to build the Sanya British King Bruton Public School project.
