In the first three quarters of the year, Hainan added an average of 682 new enterprises per day. In September, Hainan's actual market entities grew by 50.81 percent year-on-year. As of September, the growth rate of Hainan's real market entities has ranked first in China for 31 consecutive months.
Despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of various market entities in Hainan has shown great vitality and resilience. To date, the actual market entities in the province have exceeded 2 million households, with an average annual growth rate of 40 percent in recent years.
Since this year, Hainan has been optimizing business services, establishing and normalizing a communication mechanism between government and enterprises, as well as improving its closed-loop problem-solving mechanisms. The province has also improved government services, boosting efficiency for enterprises when handling business-related affairs.
