EASYTO.1098 thermal insulation rare earth material, independently developed by the Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute, was recently registered and authorized for three product trademarks and has signed agency agreements with nearly 100 dealers in more than 20 provinces across the country.
In 2020, the product was listed among the first group of new materials in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, filling a gap in domestic energy-saving glass transformation and putting China alongside other countries such as the United States and Japan in being able to develop such core technologies.
It is reported that 40 percent of building energy consumption comes from glass doors and windows. The glass widely used around the world now has problems such as low light transmission, poor heat insulation effect, complex processing, high price, and short service life.
The thermal insulation rare earth glass coating takes advantage of the excellent properties of rare earth, and is far ahead of similar products at home and abroad in terms of thermal insulation, energy efficiency, convenience and stability.
It is like installing an air conditioner on the glass. In summer, the thermal insulation glass can cool down within three hours; in winter, it can prevent heat from escaping, and the room temperature can be adjusted to 7 to 15 C, achieving energy savings of 25 percent to 40 percent.
At present, the product has penetrated 75 percent of the market in Europe and the United States.
