In recent years, China and South Asian countries have deepened practical cooperation across various sectors, maintaining strong momentum in trade and economic exchanges. In 2024, trade between China and South Asian countries approached $ 200 billion, with an average annual growth rate of around 6.3 percent. China has remained the largest trading partner of countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh for consecutive years.
