The PT Expo China is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is one of the most influential annual events in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, serving as the main venue for 5G releases.

The inaugural edition of the event took place in 1990. It has always been committed to being a highly innovative and vibrant ICT platform, providing comprehensive services and communication opportunities encompassing policy interpretation, technological research and development, market applications and financial investment in the ICT industry chain.

Every year, the event brings together thousands of professionals in the ICT industry, as well as industry practitioners and ICT enthusiasts to explore the latest technological achievements and applications.

The 31st PT Expo China 2023 was held in Beijing from June 4-6.

The expo, one of the largest and most influential ICT events in Asia, showcased the latest achievements in such areas as digital infrastructure, technology, application, terminals and governance.

The expo also highlighted recent advancements in 5G technology, with special section exhibits on information accessibility, 5G security, sky-earth integrated emergency communication, novel information technology, digital healthcare, and the dual-carbon goals.

The PT Expo China 2024 will be held in September in Beijing.
