The forum was an important part of the China National IP Publicity Week from April 21-26, and aimed to explore innovative measures for the coordinated development and integration of intellectual property and industry.

The event was hosted by the Shandong Intellectual Property Service Industry Association, the Weihai Market Supervision Administration, and the Weihai Peimin Intellectual Property Agency.

It was supported by the Shandong Intellectual Property Development Center, the Weihai Intellectual Property Development Center, and the Weihai Women's Federation.
