Top 10 regions in China with highest R&D investment

The National Bureau of Statistics released Communique on National Expenditures on Science and Technology in 2021 on Aug 31. It found China's expenditures on research and development in the past year grew fast as the ratio of spending on basic research rose significantly.

Let's take a look at the top 10 provinces or cities with highest R&D investment in the past year.

 

No 10 Henan

R&D investment: 101.88 billion yuan
