As the only national economic and technological development zone focusing on the aerospace industry to be approved by the State Council, the Xi'an aerospace industrial base has laid a solid foundation for the development of the new economy through actions related to science and technology parks, commerce, road networks, education, and greening.

Seven enterprises based in Xi'an were included on the list, with LONGi Green Energy Technology Co in the Xi'an aerospace industrial base ranking 12th.

The enterprises were involved in modern technical services, innovation and entrepreneurship services, advanced manufacturing, internet and modern information technology services, and energy conservation and environmental protection.
