FTZ in Dalian streamlines freight exports

To better support enterprises in the Dalian Area of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone in expanding their exports and promoting the optimization of their business environment, Dayaowan Customs of the Dalian Area has created an intelligent platform for the emergency handling of export release orders, meeting their demands for urgent shipments.

With this platform, applicants can apply for emergency handling of shipments of export goods online. Local customs will swiftly inspect applications submitted by enterprises and give feedback to related departments at the port, after which the officers at the port will instantly process the instructions.

The application of this new platform will greatly improve clearance efficiency, and save time and costs for enterprises by processing special instructions within a much shorter time. Since 2021, this platform has reduced costs for enterprises by more than 2 million yuan ($295,622), ensuring smooth freight exports and avoiding the risk of default.
