Shanghai FTZ offshore trading platform lands in Lin-gang

An agreement was signed up on March 8 to include the offshore trading platform of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone into the information management service platform being operated by the Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai city.

The offshore trading platform integrates data from overseas ports, customs authorities, as well as shipping companies – to help banks verify the authenticity of companies' offshore trading activities.

An offshore trading service center has also been set up in Lin-gang, to extend the coverage of the offshore trading platform to the Lin-gang Special Area.
