Rolls-Royce competing for CR929 engine provision

Rolls-Royce is competing for the engine provision for CR929, a wide-body aircraft being jointly developed by China and Russia, said Julian MacCormac, country director for China at Rolls-Royce.

As China is an important market for Rolls-Royce, the British giant in power and propulsion systems will continue to invest and compete in China, which now generates about 10 percent of the company's global revenue, MacCormac said at the CEO: Growing with China event.
