Recently, Koyo Bearing Dalian Co Ltd, a private enterprise in Dalian Jinpu New Area, was successfully approved as the first exporter under RCEP in northeast China.

In the future, when exporting goods, enterprise can show a declaration of origin rather than get proof of origin for goods from customs, which will greatly facilitate customs clearance.

Meanwhile, goods can enjoy preferential customs clearance and enterprises can reduce the capital pressure and the cost of customs clearance.

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), which took effect on Jan 1, is considered the world's largest free trade agreement in terms of economic power.

The total population of its 15 member countries -- the 10 member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand-- is roughly 30 percent of the world's population.
