The 16th China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo will be held in Beijing from Sep 16 to 19, 2021.
The China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo (ICCIE) is an international gala for the cultural and creative industry. It was launched with the approval of the Ministry of Culture, the State General Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, and the people’s government of Beijing municipality, and benefits from the efforts of 28 Beijing municipal government commissions, offices, and bureaus, including the Publicity Department of the Beijing CPC municipal committee.
As a regular event in Beijing, the ICCIE is committed to presenting a quality market-based and standards-based expo that meets the highest international and professional standards. The expo aims to present a comprehensive picture of China's achievements in deepening reforms of its cultural sector, putting in place a modern cultural market system, and promoting the development of emerging cultural industries.
It will facilitate the in-depth exchange of leading theories and thoughts on the development of cultural and creative industries, as well as build a platform for the marketization of cultural products and creativity. It also seeks to promote the growth of cultural trade and the successful implementation of major projects in China. It thus plays an important role in the adjustment and upgrading of the economic structure and accelerating the formation of an innovation-driven development model in China.
The 15th China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo (ICCIE) was held both on and offline from Sep 4 to 9, 2020, in Beijing, allowing visitors to enjoy the exhibitions and experience the latest achievements of the Beijing cultural and tourism industry.
The 16th China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo will be held in Beijing from Sep 16 to 19, 2021. There will be 8 exhibition halls, covering 5.5 hectares. During the four-day event, dozens of conferences and promotion activities will also be held.
