Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Covering an area of 3.29 square kilometers, Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Zone (CBZ) is located in Harbin Export Processing Zone with Russia, next to a Harbin Railway container logistics center. It was established on Mar 7, 2016 with the approval of the State Council.

Harbin CBZ has planned "Five Functional Zones" including a comprehensive business zone, a port operation zone, a bonded processing zone, a bonded logistics zone and a business support zone, serving administrative affairs, port customs clearance, bonded processing, bonded logistics, service trade and business support etc.

The zone focuses on the development of strategic emerging industries and modern service industries, such as new-generation information technology, new materials, high-end equipment, biomedicines, finance, winter sports and tourism.

It aims to become a center for wide-ranging commerce between Russia and Northeast Asia, a national logistics hub connecting domestic and Eurasian regions, and a growth springboard and demonstration zone for the full-scale revitalization of the northeast region.
