Michael Roy Balvers, vice-president and Asia Pacific head of Vestas Assembly, Generator and Towers, said the turbine giant's rapid production resumption under stringent health measures from early February helped complete two important orders from its headquarters in Denmark.

"Now the products have been exported to Spain, Germany and Australia," he said.

The second order was crucial. If the company had failed to resume business quickly, production would have been shifted in Germany, which would bring significant losses to the group.

"Binhai New Area's government accelerated approval through an online green channel, including customs service, and has taken efficient health prevention measures tailored for the company," he said.
