Hunan-Guangdong cooperative pilot area

On September 2014, Hunan and Guangdong provinces signed an agreement on strengthening cooperation between Hunan and Guangdong to support the construction of Hunan-Guangdong cooperative pilot area. The two provinces reached a consensus to jointly build the pilot area.
