The provincial-level areas of Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi and Hainan, including the inspection and quarantine authorities of Guangdong, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, and Xiamen, have implemented“direct export, direct import”for custom clearance, featuring one-time declaration, one-time inspection, and one-time release.

For goods that meet the requirements, enterprises with credit above grade B may independently select inspection and quarantine institutions to handle the formalities of declaration and examination, receive receipt of certificates, complete customs clearance and obtain release according to their needs.
