Jiujiang Export Precessing Zone

Jiujiang Export Processing Zone is the first national export processing zone in Jiangxi Province, covering a planned area of 4.5 square kilometers. At present, the park has basically formed four leading industries: new energy, new materials, electronic information and modern textiles.

To date, the zone has 76 projects, including 70 industrial projects and 6 logistics projects. The number of company workers has reached 12,219. In 2012, the main business income of the zone was 22 billion yuan ($3.26 billion), and the export volume was 742 million US dollars. The export volume of the park ranked first among export processing zones in the central regions of China for two consecutive years, and 12th among 53 export processing zones in China.
