Siping Hongzui Economical and Technological Development Zone is a State-level development zone, which is located in the northwest suburb of Siping,  Jilin province.

It was established in December 2001 and was promoted into a provincial development zone in 2002. Approved by the State Council, it was upgraded to a State-level development zone in 2010, with a planned area of 27.15 square kilometers.

Siping is an important transportation hub and logistics node city in northeast China, as well as the central city of the Northeast Asian economic circle. In the development zone, five characteristic industries covering food and agricultural products processing, heat exchanger and advanced equipment manufacturing, new building materials and metallurgy, chemical and biopharmaceuticals, as well as animation and modern service, have taken shape.

In 2015, the GDP in the region totaled 15.4 billion yuan ($2.28 billion), an increase of 10.5 percent from the previous year. Industrial added value reached 12.32 billion yuan, up 6.1 percent, and the total fiscal revenue hit 2.03 billion yuan.
