According to the statistics of news release of foreign investment, from January to April 2018, Newly Approved Foreign-invested Enterprises amounted to 19002, up by 95.4% year on year; and the actual use of foreign investment reached USD 43.6 billion（RMB 286.78billion）, up by 2% year on year.

According to the statistics of news release of foreign investment, in April 2018, Newly Approved Foreign-invested Enterprises amounted to 4662, up by 39.5% year on year; and the actual use of foreign investment reached USD 9.09 billion（RMB 59.24billion）, up by 1.9% year on year.

From January to April this year, the top ten nations and regions with investment in China (as per the actual input of foreign capital) are as follows: Hong Kong(USD30.64b),Singapore(USD2.53b),Taiwan Province(USD1.73b),R.O.K.(USD1.43b), Japan(USD1.41b),U.S.A.(USD1.01b),U.K.(USD890m),Macao (USD660m),Netherlands(USD610m) and Germany(USD440m), total of which accounted for 94.8% of total actual use of foreign investment in the country.
