Hangzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Hangzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone was upgraded from Hangzhou Export Processing Zone, with the approval of the State Council in March 2018. It is the first comprehensive bonded zone in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. 

It is located in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Xiasha district, with a planned area of 2.01 square kilometers. The construction is expected to be completed in early 2020. 

The zone integrates various functions of special customs supervision areas, including bonded processing, logistics, services and trade. It is shifting to high-end manufacturing, producer services and service trade.

The bonded zone is home to bonded areas, export processing zones and bonded logistics parks. It enjoys various preferential policies and regulatory conveniences in customs supervision, foreign exchange management, inspection and quarantine.
