Jimei Taiwan Business Investment Zone

Jimei Taiwan Business Investment Zone is located in the north of Jimei district, Xiamen, Fujian province. It was approved to be launched by the State Council in 1992 with a planned area of 78 square kilometers.

The zone is 2.5 kilometers from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and 6 km from Xiamen Dongdu Cruise Center. In addition, it has several highways running through it. 

The zone enjoys a flexible mechanism of preferential policies. Different firms and projects may have different preferential policies based on the investment amount and tax revenue. With a focus on the industries of electronics, machinery, clothing and food, the zone is home to a range of firms including TDK, Linde Industrial Gases and Hongfa Group.
