Fuzhou Bonded Zone is one of three blocks in Fuzhou Bonded Port, which is located in downstream of Minjiang River in Mawei Port, Fuzhou, Fujian province. It is close to Taiwan.

The zone was built in November 1992 with a planned area of 1.8 square kilometers. The first phase of the zone’s development covers 0.6 sq km. As a special zone opened to the outside supervised by the Chinese Customs authority, the zone provides preferential bonded, duty-free and license-free policies. 

It is now accelerating its restructuring and upgrading with a focus on the development of food imports, bulk commodity transactions, cold chain logistics, cross-border trade e-commerce and modern services. A total of 1,292 firms are based in the zone, 68 of which capable of creating 1 million yuan ($148,117) in tax revenue.
