According to the statistics of news release of foreign investment, from January to October 2017, Newly Approved Foreign-invested Enterprises amounted to 26174, up by 15.9% year on year; and the actual use of foreign investment reached RMB 678.7b（USD 101.12billion）, up by 1.9% year on year.

According to the statistics of news release of foreign investment, in October 2017, Newly Approved Foreign-invested Enterprises amounted to 2633, up by 104.4% year on year; and the actual use of foreign investment reached RMB 60.12b（USD 9.03billion）, up by 5% year on year.

From January to October this year, the top ten nations and regions with investment in China (as per the actual input of foreign capital) are as follows: Hong Kong (USD73.64b), Taiwan Province(USD4.15b) , Singapore (USD4.08b) , R.O.K.(USD3b) , U.S.A. (USD2.82b) , Japan (USD2.68b) , Netherlands (USD1.93b) , Germany (USD1.44b) , U.K. (USD1.2b) and France (USD710m) , total of which accounted for 94.6% of total actual use of foreign investment in the country.
